Yes! The speeds are amazing in our buildings!

Onsite Edge has taken the liberty of installing a high speed fibre optic internet service through MyPort. A WiFi modem has already been installed into all our apartments – this means an instant connection the day you move in!

We think the MyPort offer represents great value and is superior to any NBN and ADSL retail offerings we’ve investigated. The advantages of choosing to connect through MyPort are:

  • No lock-in contract
  • No set up fees (including no NBN new development connection fee of $300 charged by NBN retailers!)
  • No modem delivery fees
  • No peak/off-peak data times
  • Local support and technicians
  • WiFi router pre-installed & configured in your apartment at no charge

  • High speed fibre 100/100 Mbps equivalent to the NBN service (by way of speed and reliability)

Onsite Edge can set up an account on your behalf. Simply complete the Myport application form here and return to our office.

Alternatively, you can arrange an instant connection to the service at any time by following the below steps:

  • A Myport wireless router is located in your cupboard by the front door.
  • On your router, there will be a network name and passkey, open your wi-fi on your device and connect with this information.
  • If you’re using an apple device you will be automatically redirected to the signup page, for all other devices open your internet browser and type in the URL www.myport.com.au.
  • Simply enter in your details and you’ll enjoy immediate fast internet access!
Utilities must be set up by residents prior to occupancy. You may use the provider of your choice for phone, internet, Pay TV and electricity.  To help get your electricity and other services connected, we’ve teamed up with realestate.com.au to provide residents a fast and free of charge utility connection service. The service also arranges for the disconnection of utilities at your current address. This means you don’t need to waste your time calling each utility company yourself. Simply click here, complete the online form and connection services from realestate.com.au will help get you connected. Please ensure that you insert your property manager’s name in the property manager’s details so we can keep track of your connections order. This service is free of charge and you have the freedom to select which services you require. Please note that you do not require a gas service for Parklands or Prominence.
Our buildings have high speed fibre internet available through Myport. Please refer to the section above.

Our buildings are internet and Foxtel ready. To arrange a connection, please contact your preferred service provider. Your service provider will arrange for a technician to attend site to access the MDF panel in the building. Please advise the onsite office as the technician will need to obtain keys from the onsite office to gain access to the MDF. If you are using a third party provider (anyone other than Telstra), they will arrange for a Telstra technician to connect the MDF to the exchange as Telstra own the external infrastructure. The third party provider will then send their own technician to connect your apartment to the MDF panel. Please be aware that third party providers may charge separate fees for each technician visit and their connection fees vary – it’s best to speak with your chosen service provider before signing up for more information.

If the service provider is unable to locate your connection address, their system has not been updated with the latest address information. Accordingly, please quote:

  • For Prominence residents, your unit number at 13-21 Bombery Street (not 21 Bombery Street)
  • For Parklands residents, your unit number at 23-31 Bombery Street (not 31 Bombery Street)
Yes and no! Parklands and Prominence are a pet friendly buildings. However, authority to keep a pet is ultimately up to each individual apartment owner on application. Please contact us to discuss our available pet friendly apartments.
For those residents with pets, please ensure that your pet is carried through the common area foyers and in the elevator. Not only does this maintain the cleanliness of the building, this is for the safety of other residents and for the safety of your pet. Please be considerate of other residents and take pride where you live – pet owners are responsible to clean up after their pet whilst on any part of the common property. 
To ensure the building remains visually uniform and tidy in appearance, on your balcony please do not:

  • hang any washing, bedding or other articles
  • display any sign, banner, advertisement or similar articles
  • use any part of the balcony for storage of goods
  • keep any over sized plants
  • install any aerials, receivers or the like, if it is visible from outside of the lot

We encourage residents to enjoy their balcony, so outdoor furniture and pot plants are encouraged!

Please note that bicycle storage is available for residents in the car park area. The bicycle racks are provided free of charge and the storage of bicycles is at the owner’s risk. We recommend that residents secure their bicycles with a suitable theft deterrent lock. We also have more secure bike storage available for rent – please contact the onsite office if this is of interest.
Please note that the storage of goods is not permitted in your car park. We have a limited number of storage rooms available for rent onsite in the building. Please contact the onsite office for further details.
All maintenance issues must be reported to the onsite office in writing. Please submit a maintenance request form here.
The circuit switch is located in the cupboard by your front door. Please ensure all switches are in the on position, including the main isolator switch. For hot water, please ensure the hot water system is also turned on at the wall. Please note that hot water may take upto 15 mins to heat up after turning the switch on.
Please contact our onsite office for assistance. If you happen to lock yourself out of your apartment after hours, please be advised an after hours call out fee will apply. Don’t forget your keys!
